Our client is looking for the ideal candidate to start ASAP for a minimum of 6 months – likely to be extended beyond this.The trust is open to candidates who would like to work Full-time or Part-time.

- NHS Experience requirements
- Experience working with children under 5 years of age
- Experience carrying our home and nursery visits as well as in clinic.
